Hello everyone, Mark here again as Simon is enjoying a lovely week off with his family. Hope you’re having fun, Simon!

The last week has been quite a busy one for us as the events are all hotting up. First of all, we have TestBash Mobile on the 21st of April, which is our second online-only event of the year. Personally, for me, what makes this event so exciting is the range of talks on offer. Normally when we think of Mobile testing we tend to think of the technical aspects of Mobile. But there are going to be some great talks that expand what it means to test Mobile apps such as accessibility, shift-left and managing Mobile testing. Don’t forget, if your Pro then it’s free to attend.

Then straight after that, I’m heading up to Edinburgh with Richard to run our next Automation in Testing training. It was fantastic to be running our training in person again, getting the opportunity to see people at work and make new friends. This is also why I am excited about TestBashX Edinburgh on the 28th of April as well! Our first TestBashX in Brighton was an absolute blast, and it was a real pleasure to run my activity and contribute to the hands-on nature of TestBashX. I’m confident TestBashX Edinburgh will be just as exciting.

Amid all that fun, we’re working hard to get TestBash World and TestBash UK prepared with lineups. However, don’t worry if you think you’ve missed an opportunity to speak at TestBash UK, our calls for papers have reopened this time with some specific topics you can submit a talk on. Why not take a look and see what ideas our suggestions spark?

There’s always so much to do and not enough time. But I can’t wait to attend all the events and meet new people and reconnect with old friends. Maybe I’ll get the chance to speak with you :)
