January RoundUp of All Things MoT
Can you believe it’s the end of January already? We’ve been up to our eyes planning events and getting new content sorted, so the time has absolutely flown. Thankfully we’ve gathered up everything that has gone live in this one monthly email!
The Club
A few selected discussions from The Club that we thought you might find interesting.
- Testing/QA in Production posted by rosie. A collection of resources about testing in production.
- Getting the minimum documentation from the agile developers posted by tigerb. Sometimes while working on a story, the requirements change but there is no communication about what has changed.
- Your favourite part of the development lifecycle posted by gemma.hill1987. We all like testing but there’s retrospectives, planning, three amigos, deployment etc. that you might also enjoy.
- How to put a workshop together? posted by gemma.hill1987. We love seeing new workshops at conferences but how do you put those workshops together?
- How to change the “us against them” mindset? posted by nitche. How do you collaborate as a team, encouraging others to consider quality with their work, instead of the usual thinking of “us against them”?
The Club Ninja
Each month we select one of our club users to be our Ninja of the Month. We’re delighted to announce that Kimberly Nepata is our Club Ninja for January!
The Dojo
Snapshot of all the content produced for The Dojo throughout December! You’ll find articles, podcasts and videos. We have a mix of free and pro membership content — as you might expect, as a pro member you have access to all content created.
